Established in 2020 Sleeping Giant Biscotti Company is dedicated to providing a premium product with the best ingredients at a competitive price. We produce high quality, handmade North American style biscotti. Our unique recipe and baking process creates biscotti that are little bit softer and much more flavourful and dynamic than the traditional Italian style.

Our logo pays homage to our roots in Thunder Bay, Ontario - with a biscotti shaped like the Sleeping Giant, a mountain chain familiar to those who call the city home; the Northern Lights of course not an unfamiliar sight in the winter for Northern Ontario and the rippling blue waters of Lake Superior beneath. You will notice the Big Dipper at the top of our logo - because of course our biscotti is big on flavour, and ready to be dipped in the hot or cold beverage of your choice!
